So what is coaching?
In its simplest form Coaching is all about moving forward, setting
goals, taking action and living an authentic life. As your
coach I would be delighted and privileged to accompany you on this
journey.
Does it work?
Absolutely! And the reason I say that is through experience. It
did for me and it will for you.
What does it involve?
Usually a series of one to one sessions (in person or over the phone)
where thought provoking questions along with personalised strategies
and tools are used to assist and empower YOU in
determining YOUR direction in life, setting YOUR
goals, moving YOU forward and living YOUR
life the way YOU want to.
Does it hurt!?
No!, but like anything in life YOU get out of it what YOU
put into it !
How long will it take?
You decide! Change takes time, effort, commitment and determination.
We all have these traits to a great or lesser degree so how long
is entirely up to YOU. Generally it takes approx. 6 to 8 sessions
before real and lasting results happen.
What does the Coach do?
As YOUR coach my role is to question, support, motivate, challenge
and above all stay focused on YOU and YOUR agenda in
session.
My style of coaching is non-judgemental, open, insightful, empowering and appropriately challenging. |
