In addition to traditional coaching we offer “Adventure
Coaching” - a totally unique programme that combines
hill walking and coaching. The metaphor and physical act of climbing
a mountain is used to help you understand how you can use your
undiscovered resources to overcome internal blocks, meet challenges
and achieve your goals i.e. ‘climb your own personal mountain'
and surmount your own personal difficulties.
We also provide tailored group or team “away-days”,
again using the mountain to inspire and challenge the group to greater
success in goal setting, team cohesion and new perspectives.
