Tricia McGrath founded Elevate (Adventure) Coaching for professionals seeking individual and organisational development. Her vision is to empower her clients to live courageously and authentically.

She is a skilled coach, trainer and facilitator who specialises in bringing out the best in people and teams so that they feel empowered to live to their highest potential.

Her background is that she led several varied and diverse teams as a senior manager for leading blue chip companies in three different continents. While she enjoyed many aspects of working at home and abroad for various organisations she always felt that "something" was missing! Like many she ignored the call to a more adventurous and fulfilling life until she decided to look within and hire a coach.

Through a wonderful journey of self-discovery and exploration she decided to leave behind the corporate world and become a coach herself, such was the profound impact that coaching has and continues to have on her life. There were many twists and turns in that journey and some difficult periods. Along the way she learned that things worth doing can test and challenge us but that the results are all the sweeter having surmounted personal "mountains" and obstacles.
